Annamarie is survived by her daughter, Cynthia (Gary) Byrd; her son, Jimmy W. (Paige) Deitz; sister, Silvia Theiler; and four grandchildren, Tanner Byrd, Briggs Byrd, Taylor Deitz, and Laney Deitz.
Annamarie was preceded in death by her husband, Neil E. Deitz; her daughter, Kathy Tillery; and her parents, Franz Dominik Bernhard von Euw and Mathilda Fuchs von Euw.
Annamarie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
A visitation for Annamarie will be held Thursday, January 25, 2018, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Semmes First Baptist Church, 4070 Wulff Rd, Semmes, Alabama 36575. A funeral service will occur Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow at Semmes First Baptist Cemetery.
