Annie G. Miller, a resident of Saraland, AL, departed this life for Eternity on Sunday, August 4, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her family. Annie was born in Evergreen, AL to the late G.M. Griffin and Odie Bell Griffin.
She was a graduate of Lyeffion High School, where she graduated valedictorian of her class. Annie was a very hard worker, putting in 30 years with AT&T and 22 years at Mobile Infirmary as a telephone operator. In her off time, she loved to decorate her home and do yardwork, but her biggest passion and love was being a devoted wife to her husband Floyd for 59 years and a devoted mother to her daughter Cathy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; G.M. Griffin & Odie Griffin, one brother; Joseph Malcolm Griffin, & one sister Betty June McNeil.
She leaves to cherish her memories her loving and devoted husband of 59 years, Mr. Floyd Miller; her loving daughter Cathy Cox(Dennis), one sister Mary Elizabeth Ramer, two grandchildren; Dylan Cox(Mikayla) and Mackenzie Mckinney(David), one great-granddaughter Amelia Rose Cox, lovingly and affectionately known as "Ms. Rotten", and a host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends that will miss her.
