Aubrey Etheridge Cochran

Aubrey Etheridge Cochran – age 86, a native of Lucedale, MS and resident of Eight Mile, AL passed away Friday, July 17, 2026 in a local hospital. Aubrey was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union, Local #441. He retired with Ace Fabrication after 35 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Solomon Turner Cochran and Thelma Estes Smith Cochran; his first wife, Patricia Gail Smith Cochran; son, Chester Cochran; three brothers, Rudolph, Earl and Harold Cochran; and sister, Gail Moore. He is survived by his wife, Arlene Elsie Bass Morgan Cochran; three sons, Aubrey “Sonny” Cochran (Bonnie), Woodrow “Woody” Cochran (Melinda) and Patrick “Pat” Cochran (Robin); one sister, Diane Clayton (Fred); eleven grandchildren; twenty eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 2 pm from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland with Bro. Robert Byrd officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 12 pm prior to services. Interment will be in Lott Cemetery in Georgetown. Pallbearers will be CJ Cochran, Jerimiah Cochran, Justin Moore, Nick Cochran, Brent Cochran, Bud Cochran and Chevy Jenkins.
