I am a friend of Bobbie Williams. I talked with Bobbie today, (Tuesday) and she told me of Bettye's death. Bettye would come to the Alabama Power Retiree annual luncheon with Bobbie. She was a beautiful lady. It was always nice to see them together. My heart goes out to you at this time.

I loved Bettye. She was always so sweet to me, even though I haven't been in the family as long as some of the others.May she rest in peace now, even though we will miss her.

Bettye and I worked together for many years at Scott Paper Co., as well as were neighbors, She was a special Christian lady and respected by all. I know she is with her savior today. Prayers for her family.
