Beverly Faye Holland

Faye was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Holland and Catherine Puckett. She leaves to cherish, her children, Leslie Campbell Newcomb, Jason (Holly) Campbell, David Whitlock and Allyson McNicoll. She leaves her five grandchildren, Crystal Conrad, Chase Campbell, Adrienne (John) Pollio, Shaina (Gabe) Newcomb and Daniel Blakeney II (Gabby). Faye also leaves her siblings M. Holland, Jo Catherine Holland, Dr. Gilbert R. Holland and Johnnie E. Holland, as well as nine great grandchildren.

Faye was a 1965 graduate of Vigor High School. Faye retired from Bellsouth phone company in 1991. She then continued her education and in 1997 graduated as an LPN from the University of South Alabama.

“Granny Faye” as she was affectionately known to many, always enjoyed an adventure. She loved to camp, fish and travel but enjoyed spending time with her family most of all. Granny Faye always had an open door policy and was always willing to help someone. Granny Faye will be known and remembered for her dignity, generosity, strength and love for her family.
