Billy Ray Parmer

Billy was retired from Kimberly Clark. He served in the United States Army Reserves, he was an artist, he loved playing his guitar, singing and songwriting, spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Howard J. Parmer, Jr., and Jewel Langford Parmer; and a brother, Bobby W. Parmer.

He is survived by a daughter, Rebekah L. Wilson and a son, Gregory B. Parmer (Lucinda); grandchildren, Savannah Hilliard, Jacob Miles, Brien C. Wilson (Sarah) and Schuyler Wilson; great grandchildren, Emma Lee Wynn and Collin Laurence Wilson; stepmother, Mamie S. Parmer; also, survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives, family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, AL 36571, on July 25, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, AL 36571, on July 25, 2026, at 2:00 pm.

Interment will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Saraland, AL, on July 25, 2026.
