Cheryl Ann Cook Hartlep, age 69 passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Cheryl Ann was the daughter of Theodore Asa and Bernadine Miller Cook.
Cheryl is survived by her loving husband John Hartlep. She is also survived by her children, Karie Sue Hartlep, Kevin Lawrence Hartlep, Kacey Ann Hartlep Young, three grandchildren Jaxon Young, Brody Young, Terry Wayne Young, sisters Vicki Cook Sprague, Kay Cook Stanton, six nephews and one niece.
Memorial service for Mrs. Hartlep will be announced at a later date.
