Clint's spontaneous and fun loving character drew in the people around him naturally. As the youngest of his siblings, he adored his family and was always there for them through good times and bad. Every chance he had he enjoyed spending time with his mother and father cooking out, riding on the boat, camping at the island or just sitting in the rocking chair talking about life with them. He absolutely adored and loved his niece and nephews. Often, Clint and his nephew Fisher could be seen together riding around town or getting into trouble somewhere.
He was a role model for them to look up to since they could say the words Uncle Clint. His sister
and brother can tell countless “Little Clint '' stories of their childhood days and they were always
there for each other even as adults. Clint was always just a call away and he would drop
everything to be there for those he loved. His friends from school and as an adult loved his
humor and outgoing nature. He was loyal to them and they could always count on him to share
a laugh or a good time.
Clint loved and lived his life to the fullest everyday. He was an avid outdoorsman who
loved the woods and water. On the weekends, it was just about guaranteed he would either be
on a kayak catching fish or in a duck blind with his buddies. Many a night he would stay awake
with no sleep until time to head to the woods and start his next hunt. He had a passion for the
outdoors and he loved so much to share those times with friends as well as family. This passion
for life spilled over into everything he set his mind to. Whether it was his job, relationships or
school, Clint was guaranteed to give it all he had until he accomplished his goals. He wanted
the best that life had to offer him and he approached every moment like it was his last.
Hard work and a never quit attitude was instilled into him from a very young age and
these values could be seen by all who worked around him every day. He excelled in his career
as a diesel mechanic. Even if he was not at his workplace, he would be helping others with their
vehicles or working on his own for fun. He loved a challenge and had no fear of facing those
challenges head on. This drive often led to success in his life and surely would have made him
successful in his future.
During his twenty-two years here on earth Clint shined a light into the lives of his family
and friends, as well as countless others he crossed paths with. He truly was a wonderful man
who will forever be deeply loved and missed by many. We have faith and know he is now with
God in a heaven where there is no suffering, and he is surrounded by a love greater than those
of us on Earth can ever imagine. One day, God-willing, we will see each other again.
Clint’s family and friends would like everyone to know they greatly appreciate every
prayer, kind word and thoughtful deed that has been directed their way since Clint’s passing.
