Daniel "Danny" Levi Pearce

Daniel “Danny” Levi Pearce, 69 years of age was born July 23, 1954 in Houston, Texas. Passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Danny was a native of Mt. Vernon, Alabama and resided in Wilmer, Alabama. Danny graduated from John Shaw High School in 1972. He attended Livingston University. Danny spent most of his career in the metal finishing industry. He was an avid music lover, gardener with a passion for flowers, a die hard Alabama Football fan. Danny had a huge heart and loved his family deeply and passionately.

Danny was preceded in death by his daughter, Lindsey Marie Pearce, his mother, Shirley Murphree Pearce and brother, Alfred “Fred” Malcolm Pearce.

He is survived by his father, Bert Wilton Pearce, son Tobias Levi Pearce (Brianne), and daughters Morgan Ashley Comalander (Phillip) and Amanda Kathleen Pearce. Six grandchildren (Taya Marie Pearce (Ryder), Blakleigh Marie Comalander, Camden Owen Levi Pearce, Grady Lawson Pearce, Paxton Reid Comalander and Keller Pearce Comalander, and one great-granddaughter, Eden Monroe Barnes. Danny is also survived by two brothers, Steve Pearce and David Pearce and two sisters Amy Everette and Jody Gothard, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Radney’s Funeral Home in Saraland, Alabama. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at Radney Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. Graveside service will follow at Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church Cemetery, Mt. Vernon, AL.
