David's death was a shock to me! We grew up together and i loved him like a brother.A thousand childhood memories goes thru my mind , when i think of him. The endless summers we went to boy's club camp, where we went camping, fishing, swimming, living the good lfe. David was always laughing, and kidding around, the life of any party.Truly a great friend, and a great person.Even though life takes us in different directions, we always remember the friends that grew up with.WE WILL MEET AGAIN ON THE OTHER SIDE! David and my Mother (Peggy McCarty) worked together at K-Mart and she will miss him the way he made her laugh at the grocery stores since both their retirements. I too will miss David as he was one of the few that honored my husband when he was killed in the line of duty with the U.S. Coast Guard. To this day I still have the patch that David gave me for my husbands jacket. I will wear it with honor on my husbands jacket as David honored him.
Bless your family as you go through this tough time.
