Dennis Gary Pitts

Dennis Gary Pitts, age 63, passed away suddenly as a result of a tragic accident on Saturday, September 10, 2016. He is preceded in death by his father, Tom Eddie Pitts and brother-in-law, Richard Brune. Mr. Pitts was employed with Mobile Gas Company for twenty-three years. He was a member of Destination Church. His family will remember his love of Alabama football, and hunting. He loved his family dearly and was a wonderful father figure to both family and friends. Dennis is survived by his wife, Vickie Brune Pitts and daughter, Brandi and her husband Mark and two grandchildren, Gracelyn and Jaxson Beasley. He is also survived by his mother, Freda Pitts, siblings; Golvia Sims (Jimmy), Dale Pitts (Debbie), Brenda Johnson (Lewis), Roger Pitts (Debra), Anna Bagley (David), Wesley Orso, Terry Orso (Shannon), and father and mother-in-law, Lionel and Pat Brune and sister-in-law, Susan Hancock, many nieces, nephews and other family. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, AL on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, AL.
