Denton Bart Britt

Mr. Denton Bart Britt, age 55, passed away at his home on Saturday, May 3, 2014 . Bart was a member of the Port City Corvette Club, having served as Treasurer and Vice-President. He especially loved his corvettes and had a special kindness for animals. He is survived by his wife, Betty Stanley Britt; parents, Blake and Jean Britt and children, B.J. Kominek (Gordon) and Byron Breckenridge (Melissa) He also leaves to cherish his memory his grandchildren; Jordan Kominek, Makenzie Breckenridge, John Joseph Kominek; his sister, Kim Britt Majors (Wade) and two nephews and one great-nephew. The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Daniel Spriggs, Dr. Carol Nordan, Port City Corvette Club and the staff of Gentiva Hospice. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, AL on Tuesday May 6, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Satsuma Cemetery, Satsuma, AL.
