Dorothy V. "Dottie" Golden- beloved wife and mother, a 67 year-old native of Mobile and longtime resident of Satsuma passed away at her home on Saturday, November 1, 2014. Mrs. Golden was a graduate of the University of South Alabama and attended First Baptist North Mobile. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Virginia Onderdonk. Mrs. Golden is survived by her husband of 41 years, Loyd Golden; son, Matthew Golden; and five siblings, Henry Onderdonk, Jr. (Nita), Larry Onderdonk (Linda), Betty Nelson, Mike Onderdonk (Diane), and Anna Davis (Steve). Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Wednesday, November 5, 2014, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Graveside services and interment will follow in Chatom Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mitchell Cancer Institute via the Office of MCI Development, 300 Alumni Cir., Mobile, AL 36688.
