Dulcia Celeste Powell Hayes - an 82 year-old native of Florala, AL and resident of Mobile passed away Monday, October 31, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Hayes, and parents, Walter C. and Rosa Lee Powell. She is survived by her daughter, Derenda Rowe (Donnie); three grandchildren, Wendy Maples (Donnie), GSgt. Brad Stuart, U.S.M.C. (Kacie), and Jason Rowe; five great-grandchildren, Maya and Megan maples, Troy and Hailey Stuart, and Isabella Rowe; other relatives and friends. Private services will be held.
