Eva Lomax Williams Quiggle

Mrs. Eva Lomax Quiggle, age 86, born in Escatawpa, AL , native of Fruitdale, AL and longtime resident of Chickasaw, AL, passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Forest Lomax and Richard Quiggle, mother Ruth Quiggle and brother Roy E. Williams, Sr. She was in partnership with her husband as a public accountant at Lomax and Associates Public Accountants until Mr. Lomax’s death. She is a longtime member of Fruitdale United Methodist Church and current member of Chickasaw United Methodist Church . She will be remembered by her family as a loving mother, grandmother and friend. Mrs. Quiggle is survived by her children, Kent Lomax (Beth), Barry Lomax (Teresa), Bart Lomax (Candy) and step-daughters Jean Williams (Harold) and Carol Ann Turner. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Brian Lomax (Leigh Anne), Kevin Lomax, Lydia Rhodus (Ron), Holly Roberts (Corey), Ben Lomax (Ashlee), Joseph Lomax (Hannah), Jill Williams, Brett Williams (Elizabeth), Richard Ray Turner, Chad Turner and eight great-grandchildren, Matthew, Caroline, Reilly, Caden, Emalee, Max, Lucy and Anne Michael, and many nieces, nephews and other family members. Visitation will be held at Chickasaw United Methodist Church on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until funeral service time of 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, AL.
