Frances Mott Herring

Mrs. Frances Mott Herring was called to her eternal home on Friday, December 4, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband Tandy K. Herring, parents, John Ira and Renie Gilley Mott, brothers, Bernie Lee Mott, John Louis Mott, sisters, Becky Mott and Louise Turner. Mrs. Herring was a member of Saraland Baptist Church. She was born in Chatom, AL, August 26, 1924 and had been a resident of Saraland since 1955. Mrs. Herring is survived by her son, Billy G. Herring (Kay), sisters, Mary Emma Reed (Parker) and Jackie Spivey. She is also survived by her granddaughters, Kimberly J. Catlett (Glen), Wendy D. Hardy (Bryan), four great-grandchildren; Danielle Wallace, Megan Bodiford, Joshua Catlett, Trey Hardy and many nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to thank the staff of Crowne Healthcare on Navco Rd., Mobile, AL and Southern Care Hospice for their support and care during Mrs. Herring’s illness. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, AL on Monday, December 7, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
