
Frances J. Miller Roberts - a resident of Daphne, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2011, at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, Alabama. Born on May 31, 1923 in Pascagoula, Mississippi, she was preceded in death by her parents, Damon and Dorothy Miller and her husbands, Thomas M. Callan, Sr. (1965), Russell D. Carrigan (1975) and Marvin E. "Son" Roberts (2003). She is survived by her children, Judith Callan (AL) St. Clair of Daphne, Thomas M. (Teresa) Callan, Jr. of Semmes, Patrick P. (Shirley) Callan of Pensa-cola and Kelly R. (Lea) Carrigan of Tampa; Grand-children, Shannon S. (Joe) Lane, Michelle Callan, Allison Callan (Ray) Robley, Adam (Stephanie) Callan, Brian (Ashley) Callan, Cody, Kyle and Haley Carrigan; Great - Grandchildren, Joseph Callan Lane, Hunter Callan, Braxton Weiss, Connor Callan, Cooper Robley and two "on the way". Also surviving is one loving sister-in-law, Sheila Carrigan, of Mobile. Frances was a treasured "hard working" Mom for many companies over the years, finally retiring from Shell Chemical Company in Axis, Alabama. She shared many of her final years with her very loving husband "Son" Roberts in Orange Beach, Alabama. Her life was filled with love and dedication to her family. We will always treasure her strength and devotion to us. She recently reaf- firmed her faith in Jesus Christ. In lieu of flowers, her request was to have gifts in her memory made to the Mobile Child Advocacy Center. Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Saraland. The family will receive friends from 1:30 P.M. until 3 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
