Franklin D. "Frank" Bell

Franklin D. "Frank" Bell – an 82 year-old native of Dublin, Georgia and resident of Saraland passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and a faithful member and deacon at Bayou Sara Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 57 years, Faye C. Bell. Mr. Bell is survived by his daughters, Jana B. Phillips (Joey) and Lori Bell Welch; grandchildren, Adam Phillips, Kendall Phillips (Kelsey), Maisie Lynn Welch, and Ana Cole Welch; great-grandchildren, Aubrey Hope Phillips and Gunner Phillips; sisters, Mable Keen and Shirley Giddens; brother-in-law, Jackie Curtis (Judy); many other relatives and friends. The family would like to offer a special thanks to Dr. Liston Jones, the staff of Gentiva Hospice, especially Jessie Odom, Robin Harris, and Tori Jenkins, and his special friends, Johnnita Burden and Brandee Alexander.
