Mr. George Lamar Griffith – a native of Meridian, MS and a longtime resident of Mobile, AL died Monday, June 20, 2011 in Meridian, MS. He is survived by one son, Darren (Tonya) Griffith; two grandchildren, Macy and Braxton Griffith; one sister, Elaine Leonard; four brothers, Frank Griffith, Donald Griffith, Keith “Kit” Griffith, and Ronnie Griffith; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M. on Friday, June 24, 2011 at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland. Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. on Friday from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Saraland. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
