Gregory Michael Winslett Jordan – a 48 year-old native of Bessemer, AL and resident of Chickasaw passed away on Friday, July 11, 2014. He was an avid fisherman and was loved by everyone who knew him. Mr. Jordan is survived by his fianc, Denise Montford Jordan; children, Katelyn Jordan (Ronnie), Lindsey Jordan, Dennis Cranmore (Miranda), Leighana Keith (Leedale), Cody Harvison, and Promyse Baker (Nathaniel); mother, Teresa Ann Hoffman (Carl); father, James R. Winslett (Lynda), brothers, Kevin Jordan and Jeff Jordan (Susie); grandchildren, Cort Jordan, Tru Cranmore, Mason Keith, Conner Keith, and Cali Harvison; other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2014, at 3 p.m. at the Church of God of Prophecy located at 208 4th Ave., Chickasaw, AL 36611.
