Harold Roy Beahn Sr.

Harold Roy Beahn, Sr. – an 82 year-old native of Coopersburg, PA and longtime resident of Saraland passed away at his home on Thursday, March 3, 2016. Mr. Beahn was a veteran of the United States Navy. He and his late wife were the longtime owners of Beahn’s Body Shop in Saraland. Mr. Beahn was a member of Memorial Baptist Church where he served as an usher and was also a volunteer at the Citronelle Senior Center. Above all, he was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Mr. Beahn was preceded in death by his parents, Wilmer Sam Beahn and Elizabeth Schuster Beahn; sisters, Dorothea “Dottie” Stauffer (Stanley), Marjorie Werner (George), and Lorraine Beahn; and his beloved and devoted wife of 61 years, Earline Bryant Beahn. He is survived by children, Harold Roy Beahn, Jr., Robert Earl Beahn (Kathy), and Mary Ann Beahn Conner (David); grandchildren, Stephanie Nichole Beahn, Tiffany Marie Beahn, Eric Beahn, Hanna Elizabeth Williams (Aaron), and Nicholas Robert Beahn; great-granddaughter, Amelia Wheeler; best friend, Theodore Vinson; many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at 9 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, March, 8, from 5-7 p.m. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
