Herman Wayne Sullivan Sr.

Herman Wayne Sullivan Sr, age 74, of Eight Mile, Alabama passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2025 in Mobile, Alabama. He passed away peacefully with his wife by his side. He served in Vietnam with the Army during 1969-1972.

Herman is preceded in death by his parents Jesse Herman and Lucy Belle Sanderson Sullivan and his daughter Jessica Sullivan.

He is survived by his wife Deborah Diane Chunn Sullivan, his son, Herman Wayne Sullivan Jr, daughter Vicky Sullivan, step-son Shane Chunn, Step-daughter Deshaye Taylor, sister Francis Earline Rodrick, brother Jerry Lee Andrews, 7 grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

Herman loved to play the guitar and he loved the Lord.

A visitation for Herman will be held Monday, May 19, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, AL 36571. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. The graveside service will occur from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 34904 AL-225, Spanish Fort, AL 36577.
