Jack Cumbest

Jack Cumbest – a native of Escatawpa, MS and longtime resident of Satsuma, AL passed away Friday, March 9, 2012. He was a member of Bayou Sara Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Annie Bell Cumbest; wife, Barbara Harvison Cumbest; son, Jackie D. Cumbest, Jr; brothers, Douglas Cumbest and Ronald Cumbest; and sister, Nellie Rae Cumbest. Survivors include one daughter, Kathy (Conrad) Hall, Semmes, AL; one son, Jeff (Donna) Cumbest, Saraland, AL; one brother, Charles Cumbest; two sisters, Delores Jones, Hurley, MS, and Patsy Gasaway (Lonnie), Moss Point, MS; three grandchildren, Nathan Hall, Lauren Hall, Clayton Cumbest; one great-granddaughter, Scarlett Hall; sister-in-law, Linda (Bill) Unger, Snookie Minchew, Pensacola, FL, and Eula Mae Minchew, Arkansas; brother-in-law, Buddy (Cena) Harvison; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Visitation will be Monday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
