James Robert (Bob) Cox, Sr. – passed away Monday, May 12, 2014 in a local hospital. Mr. Cox was a retired Conductor from CSX Railroad after 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee and Annabelle Cox. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Ellison Cox; children, Wanda (Michael) Jernigan, James (Reanne) Cox, Jr., Darrell and Karen Payne; grandchildren, Ryan Jake Jernigan, Walker Lee Cox, Anna Victoria Jernigan, Kahle Allison Cox, and Ariana Payne; two sisters, Joann (Lamar) Wilson, Jane (Bill) Lee, and many other family members. Funeral services will be Friday, May 16, 2014, at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland.
