James Robert Parker Jr.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his infant son Nicholas Ryan Parker, his father James Robert Parker, Sr. and his maternal grandparents Harry and Nena Rachel.

He is survived by his loving wife Rhonda Hayes Parker; mother, Joyce Rachel Shepherd; brother, Charles (Anne) Shepherd; sons James D. Parker, Wesley D. (Tabitha) Parker, Sr., and his daughter Morgan Parker; grandchildren Wesley D. Parker, Jr., Gabriel Parker and Ryan McQuade; also, sisters-in-law Susan (Lee) Creasey and Gail Hayes and his nephews and nieces.

Jimmy was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Red Springs Hunting Club. He was also a member of Moffett Road Assembly of God where he enjoyed participating in mission service trips to Guatemala.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, Alabama. Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel of the Funeral Home at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be held at 2:30 pm at Jones Beach Cemetery, Hobson, Alabama.
