Jeanette Coate Williamson

Mrs. Jeanette Coate Williamson, age 86, longtime resident of Saraland, AL, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021. She is preceded in death by her husband 60 years, Robert L. Williamson, parents, George E. and Onie White Coate and brothers, George, Cecil, Benny, Robert and James Coate, sisters, Effie Byrd, Myrtie Fountain.

Mrs. Williamson was a loving devoted mother and grandmother. She loved family gatherings and was a fabulous cook. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church, Saraland, AL for over 60 years. Her family will always remember her giving and nurturing spirit. She also loved her Alabama football.

Mrs. Williamson is survived by her children; Darren Williamson (Karen), Ginger Hicks (Chris) and Timothy Williamson (Teresa). She is also survived by her grandchildren; Matthew Williamson (Amanda), Heath Williamson (Kristi), Andrea Mitchell (John), Taylor Williamson (Dylan), Natalie Williamson, great-grandchildren; Harper, Ellie, Parker and Desmond Williamson, Sophia Mitchell, sisters; Judy Deas and Anna Townsend. She also leaves behind her loving caregiver LaClede Burroughs, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Radney Funeral Home-Mobile from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home-Mobile beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Coffeeville Cemetery, Coffeeville, AL.
