Jeffrey Wade Crocker – age 53, a native of Mobile, AL and longtime resident of Satsuma, AL died Sunday, June 23, 2013 in a local hospital. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Satsuma and a 1978 graduate of Satsuma High School. Jeff loved Alabama football and Nascar. An avid sportsman since childhood, he loved to hunt, fish, bowl, play baseball and shoot pool. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde “Sonny” Crocker. Survivors include two children, Rachel Lee Crocker and Olivia Elaine Crocker; his mother, Joyce Crocker; his brother and his wife, Vince and Le Anne Crocker; sister, Candy Lucas; four nieces, Cassie, Lauren, Courtney and Kylee; many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 28, 2013, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. The family will receive friends beginning at 12 p.m. prior to services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the USA College of Medicine, Anatomical Gifts Program.
