JoAnn Reynolds Stringfellow

Mrs. Jo Ann Reynolds Stringfellow, age 73, native of Yarbo, AL and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, passed away at her home on Satruday, April 18, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Ernest "Shorty" Stringfellow, son, Michael Stringfellow, parents, Jim and Gracie P. Reynolds and brother, Dewey Reynolds. Mrs. Stringfellow was employed by the Mobile County Sheriff's Department for over 40 years. She was a former member of the Fraternal Order of Police and a member of the Road Runners Camping Club. She was loved and respected by her friends, family and fellow employees. Mrs. Stringfellow is survived by her son, Gene Stringfellow (Michelle), grandchildren, Chris James, Michael Stringfellow, Brandi Stringfellow, Joann Stringfellow, Crickett Vigor and Michelle Dearman. She is also survived by her sister, E.V. Taylor, nine great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, AL on Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The family will receive family and friends at Reynolds Holiness Church, Chatom, AL from 10:00 a.m. until service time of 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2015.
