Josephine "Josie" King - age 68, a native of Opp, AL and resident of Satsuma, AL died Friday, January 17, 2014 at home. She attended Satsuma High School and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Satsuma. She was preceded in death by her mother, Farrell Taylor King; and father, Fonce King. Left to treasure her memory is her devoted sister, Martha King Hill; her aunt, Nadine King; devoted cousins, Judy King Brown, Patricia Prescott Odom (Tommy), Rose Prescott Melton (Sonny), Tim Warren and Kristen Warren; her devoted friends, Mrs. Virginia Dubose, Larry and Peggy Pitts, Ashley Pitts and many other loving family members and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, January 20, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland with Rev. Roy Hill officiating. The family will receive friends at 12:00 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Tim Warren, Gerald Donaldson, Paul Donaldson, Tommy Odom, Richar Stapleton and Larry Pitts.
