Kathryn A. Perkins – A native of Lamar County, AL and resident of Satsuma, AL died Saturday, May 19, 2012, in a local hospital. She was a member of Shelton Beach Road Baptist Church and worked as a machine tender at International Paper Company for many years. She is survived by two sons, Michael A. Perkins and James R. (Melissa) Perkins, Sr.; one brother, Raymond Lawrence, Jr; two sisters, Carolyn Christian and Imogene Graves; two grandchildren, James R. Perkins, Jr. and Kenneth L. Perkins; nieces, nephews and many close friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Visitation will be Monday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
