Kayla was a bright and shining star in our world.
She was a beautiful and joyful child of God that many of us watched grow into a vivacious woman with an amazing zest for life. She gave away love like a bouquet of beautiful flowers to the people that surrounded her.
At an early age, Kayla knew she was called Chosen by God and that special light and love remained with her throughout her life.
She was a lover of all things beautiful and true. She was unswerving in her faith in God and a true worshipper.
Kayla had a creative, adventurous soul and was unashamed to dance through life. She encouraged those without hope and invited them to join in the dance with her. Her light will remain brilliant for us all.
Kayla is survived by her mother, Stacey Leigh Purdon, father, Roy Bayne Weaver, grandparents, Ronald Lee Purdon and Roy and Linda M. Weaver, Jr. She is also survived by her sister, Samantha Lynn Chancey and brother, Roy Dylan McKenzie and a host of family and friends.
