Leon Price – A native of Fruitdale, AL and longtime resident of Chickasaw, AL passed away Saturday, November 20, 2010 at home. He was preceded in death by his son, Ernest Melvin Price; and grandson, Robert W. Price, Jr. Survivors include his loving wife of 65 years, Catherine Nichols Price; five children, Marion Leon Price (Vera), M. Annita Richardson (Michael), Frances M. Hart (J.W.), William A. Price (Vu) and Robert “Bob” W. Price (Kathryn); five grandchildren, Michele, William, Leon “Lonnie”, George and Michael; seven great-grandchildren, Brittany, Caitlyn, Kayla, Kimberly, Jonathan, Leah and Bethany; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Graveside services and interment will be held Friday, November 26, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. prior to services.
