Maggie Duvall Brady

She graduated from Central High School in 1940 in Waynesboro, MS. She married Sidney G. Brady, Jr. and had 3 children, Donnie, Wayne and Patsy.

Maggie is preceded in death by her parents, husband, seven brothers: Pete, Ward, Bura, Herman, Albert, Levi and Elmer Duvall, one sister Aro Duvall Robinson, son Donnie L. Brady, Sr., daughter, Patsy Brady Floore and grand-daughter, Pamela Kay Brady.

Maggie is survived by her son, Wayne (Carolyn) Brady, grandchildren, Renee (Mike) McAleer, Gary (Molly) Brady, Misty Thompson, Donnie L. Brady, Jr. and Kris Thompson. great-grandchildren, Brady McAleer, Sidney McAleer, Donnie L. Brady, 111, Sawyer Brady, Mary Frances Brady, Haley Brunson, Devin Brunson, Shaelan Thompson, Drew Thompson, Brandon Beard and Austin Beard. One great-great grandchild, and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Maggie was one of a kind! To know her, well, you would just have to know her. She was the life of every party and loved music, dancing, and especially playing her guitar and singing classic country. She loved spending time with her family at Fort Morgan and was a huge fan of Alabama football. She loved getting dressed up and anything fancy. She lived a long, fulfilling life and her family is so blessed to have had her as long as they did.

A visitation for Maggie will be held Monday, September 8, 2025 at 10:00 am at Radney Funeral Home 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, Alabama 36571. The funeral service beginning at 11:00 am. The graveside service will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 10000 Celeste Road, Saraland, Alabama 36571.
