Marian Virginia Hood, 72 , a native of Mobile, Alabama born August 16, 1950 in Mobile, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 in Dothan, Alabama. Marian was a retired hairdresser for over 50 years.She was preceded in death by her parents, Clark B. and Lois Juanita Friday Hood; a brother Robert “Tunnie” Hood and a sister, Brenda “Lucy” Faust.She is survived by her siblings, Ronald “Ronnie” Hood, Richard “Ricky” Hood and Anthony “Riley” Hood; also, survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Grand South senior living and Day Spring Hospice for all of their love, kindness and care shown to the family and Mrs. Hood. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2023 at 10:00 am at Whistler Cemetery, 3820 West Main Street, Mobile, AL.
