Mary Louis Sullivan Joy – a 72 year-old native of Washington County, AL and a resident of Saraland passed away at her home on Saturday, November 6, 2010. She served as a waitress for over 50 years in many well known restaurants. Mrs. Joy is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Weaver (Aubrey); special grandson, Brent Weaver (Arlene); brother, Opie Sullivan (Rachel); sister, Donna Rivers (Stevie); grandchildren, Charlie Lofton (Brandy), Ronnie Taylor (Kristi), and Amanda Hill (David); seven great-grandchildren; a special devoted friend, Gaston Lee; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Funeral services will be held from Mt. Moriah Baptist Church on Wednesday, November 10, 2010, at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Tuesday, November 9, from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be in Mt.
