Mary Ann Heyer Williams, in the divine embrace of our all-good and sovereign Lord, we solemnly announce the gentle departure of Mary Ann Heyer Williams, age 77, from Eight Mile, Alabama. Serenely, on Sunday, March 3, 2024, Mary Ann transitioned from this life within the comforting walls of her home. With hearts full of love and gratitude, we commemorate Mary Ann’s enduring legacy as a devoted wife of 59 years, a nurturing mother, and the cherished matriarch of her family. A steadfast member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Mary Ann embraced life with a passion for nature, finding solace in her garden and the melodies of birds. Fondly remembered for adorning Christmas and Easter card with cherished Bible verses, Mary’s absence leaves a void that only the warmth of shared family moments can mend.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph John Heyer and Yvette Ann Blais Heyer; brothers, Joseph David Heyer and Edward Elias Heyer; and a sister, Rose Marie Heyer.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband of 59 years, Charles Samuel Williams, Sr.; her son, Charles Samuel Williams, Jr., (Dell); her daughters, Tammy Michele Marcantonio (David), Stacey Yvette Harrington (Michael) and Amy Elizabeth Haskins (Kristopher); grandchildren, Samuel Shane Williams (Melanie), Miranda Chae Williams (Justin Andrews), Anthony Alden Marcantonio, Olivia Michele Marcantonio, Kayla Danielle Hensarling (Jeffrey), Colby Michael Harrington, Haley Elizabeth Harper and James Preston Harper; great grandchildren, Kinsley Brooke Williams, Avery Grace Williams, Koa Gray Andrews, Samuel Ross Andrews, Waymon Cade Andrews, Presley Ann Hensarling and Jace Jeffrey Hensarling, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives, and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation for Mary Ann at Radney Funeral Home – Saraland on Monday, March 11, 2024 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am . Funeral Service will be celebrated in the chapel at 10:00 am followed by interment at Catholic Cemetery, Mobile, Alabama.
