Mary J. Williams – 88, a native of Brantley, AL and resident of Prichard, AL, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, July 26, 2012 after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Enest E. Williams; her father, Judge Herbert Jones; mother, Pearl D. Jones; and nine siblings. She is survived by two daughters, Sara (Ned) Mattingly of Spanish Fort, AL and Kathy (Gary) Rigsby of Slidell, LA; one granddaughter, Megan Mattingly. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be Friday, July 27, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. The family wishes to thank the dedicated caregivers who took wonderful care of Mary and her family during her illness, Trisha Rudolph, Anita McNeil, Sonja Stewart, and Lenora Swopes.
