My favorite memories of Mike include his great sense of humor, smiling face, laughter, advice and creativity. Mike designed and procured beautiful pieces -his vision was tasteful and unique. Mike's memorial video was touching and the photos with the grandkids are priceless. I am deeply sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all as you move forward with your lives.

Today is sad to have to write in your obituary. It has been years that we were so close to you and Warren. We remember the endless hours ya'll spend at our house and what a good time we had listening to you sing and play the piano. Back then we thought of you as a brother and future brother -in- law. As time passed God had a different path for you and Danna's lives. We know that you were ready to go meet Jesus but it was sad time for you to have to say good bye to your wonderful wife (Judith), daughter ,grandchildren, brother and other family members. It will be a long time before your family is able to think of you without tears. You suffered so much to live for your family . God chose to honor your prayers for healing ,not here on this earth but in heaven.
You have made such good memories with family and friends . They will be able to smile through the good times and cry at your loss.
God must have needed to add to his choir when he picked you from us. We know you are singing and loving some little children who a need a grandfather to look up to . Our sadness is only for a season and we will all meet in heaven
Sadly missed by,
Linda Raymond,Betty Connors ,Danna Mathews, and Lisa Lindsey

Mike got me so many times, when I'd call their house, changing his voice......the man would have me in stiches. I can remember Mike since we were children at Lott Road Baptist. Him and Judith had a beautiful relationship. He was a very talented designer. I will miss you Mike. Thank you for your kindness and friendship.I love you! Praying for strength and comfort for Judith and Carey and their precious grands and the rest of their family. I love y'all.
Cindy
