Neil Edward Deitz

Neil Edward Deitz was born August 13, 1937 and went to be with the Lord on July 9, 2015 at the age of 77 . Neil served in the United States Navy for five years and retired from Scott Paper Company after 36 years of service. He was a loving father, husband, brother, and friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents James and Grace Deitz, his infant brother James Deitz, his twin sister Aneilia Kennedy, two sisters Paulette Hartley and Linda Clayton Jones, and his daughter Kathy Deitz Tillery.

He was survived by his wife of 37 years Annamarie Deitz, his daughter Cynthia (Gary) Byrd, his son Jimmy (Paige) Deitz, his sister Glenda (Dale) Purvis. 4 grandchildren, Tanner Byrd, Briggs Byrd, Taylor Deitz, Laney Deitz, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Service is Monday July 13, 2015 at Semmes First Baptist Church at 10:30 a.m. Visitation is Sunday July 12, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland.
