She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Estelle Evans, and brother, Charles Evans.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Tom Whearley; sons, Bennie John Watson and Victor McCardle; daughter, Teresa Evans; step-daughter, Tommy Sue Whearly; brothers, Reynolds, Douglas and Lester Evans; Sister, Joyce Ivey; grandsons, Dillon and Jacob Watson, Bennie Ray Miller, Jr., Kaden and Kale McCardle, Ryan Miller, and Dylan Giddens; and granddaughter, Brianna Miller.
Pauline had an exuberant personality that was infectious. Her quickness to smile and laugh combined with her kind heart and compassionate nature made her beloved by all who knew her. She was truly a one of a kind soul who will be sorely missed.
Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, Fairford, AL. Interment will be in Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery, Fairford, AL.
