Richard Wallace "Dick" Carlson

Richard “Dick” W. Carlson – age 75, a native of LeSueur County, MN and resident of Saraland, AL died March 31, 2010, in a local hospital. He served in the USAF and was the owner of Carlson’s Muffler Shop in Chickasaw for 30 years until his retirement in August 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Idella Carlson, and brother, William J. Carlson. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Lora U. Carlson; three daughters, Cheryl Ermini (Ed) of Lumberton, NC, Margaret Lowros (Tony) of Vance, AL, and Karen Clinton (Roger) of Saraland; one brother, John Carlson (Kay) of St. Peter, MN; two sisters, ReVae Nygard (Doug) of St. Peter, MN and JoAnn Priller (Bob) of Grand Rapids, MN; grandchildren, Tyler Lowros (Autumn) of Kimberly, AL, Meaghan Clinton of Saraland, and Anthony Ermini of Lumberton, NC; many other numerous relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Saturday, April 4, 2010 at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, April 2, from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
