He was born on December 21, 1960 to Harold and Ethelene Phillips. He graduated from Theodore High School. He enjoyed fishing and later became an avid runner. He regularly trained for marathons all over the region. He met the love of his life, Anita Bell, in 1994. They were married in May of 1998.
He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Ethelene. He leaves to cherish his wife; Anita Phillips, sons; Shane and Heath Morris, Grandchildren; Riley, Grady, Emily, Charlie and Jack, sisters; Ann King (Chris) and Elaine Evans (Larry), along with many family, friends, and relatives that will miss him dearly.
Ron was a great man who loved his family, and his Shermin Williams family. He had a deep love for Jesus and his church family. He will be missed by so many.
