He is survived by his wife of fifty-nine years, Diana Williams, three children: Kyle (Kathy) Williams, Kim (Tony) Nolfe, and Keith (Kim) Williams and his eight grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Linda (Mike) Morris of Saraland.
Ron graduated as student class president of Satsuma High School in 1960. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1965. He began working for Travelers Insurance Company and enjoyed a lengthy career as a loss control safety engineer, retiring from Mobile Area Water & Sewer System. He was a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and a Certified Safety Professional.
He enjoyed coaching youth sports, golf and enjoyed restoring Ford Mustangs with his son Keith. He was also an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Services will be held at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Parkway, Saraland on Sunday, November 7, 2021, at 2:00 PM.
