Thomas Walter “Tom” Worring, Jr. – a 61 year-old resident of Eight Mile, Alabama passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017. A longtime business owner, Tom operated several steel fabrication and erection companies in the Mobile area throughout his 37 year career. He was actively involved in youth sports and coaching in Chickasaw, Saraland, and Semmes as well as at Faith Academy. The number one U.S.A. Jaguars Football fan, Tom was affectionately known by many as the “Jagin’ Wagon Man.”
He is survived by his beloved wife of 23 years, Jada Worring; children, Lori Venice Worring, Timothy Eugene Morgan, Jr. (Raquel), and Riley Thomas Worring; mother, Venice Worring; father, Thomas Walter “Thom” Worring; sister, Robin Yelverton (Wink); first wife, Marie Moorer; good friends, James Pate and Sydney Tew; as well as his work family, other relatives, and many friends.
A visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, from 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the U.S.A.
