William G. "Bill" Barnes - a native of Savannah, GA and a resident of Saraland, AL died Thursday, June 5, 2014 at home. He was preceded in death by his son, William Gerald Barnes, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Diane Driver Barnes; one daughter, Kerrye Barnes Mello; special son-in-law, Scott Mello; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Pkwy., Saraland, AL 36571.
