William Clifford Gill, age 83, of Eight Mile, Alabama passed away on Friday May 1, 2020. He was born June 20, 1936 in Pineapple, Alabama. He is preceded in death by his parents, William Albert and Ruth Kelly Gill.
Mr. Gill lived his life to the fullest. His first love was his wife of 67 years, Florence, and his daughters Rebecca (Sonny) and Donna (Vance). He loved his four grandsons, Robert (Roxy), Russell (Lori), Matthew (Tabitha), Justin (Britney) and five great-grandchildren; Hunter, Hayleigh, Ryder, Dottie and Levi dearly. He will also be missed by his nieces, nephews, and many friends.
He loved to work and was good at anything he set his mind to do. He loved to fish and in his younger years raised and trained quarter horse.
Due to the coronavirus, private graveside services will be held in Valhalla Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. He will be greatly missed.
