William Wyman Terry

Mr. Terry served in the United States Army, serving during the Korean War. He liked hunting, fishing, working in his shop and spending time with his family. He was the last living of 14 siblings. They grew up as part of a loving family and were taught to be strong, hard working and patriotic. Because of his upbringing he could build anything and built the home he shared with his beloved wife of 61 years, Betty Loper Terry.

Mr. Terry was preceded in death by his wife , Betty Loper Terry; daughter, Bethany Ann Terry; great grand daughter Isabella Faith Dean. parents, Henry and Parlee Sewell Terry; Siblings, Odell Terry, Johnny Terry, Rosie Mae Wallace, Louise Terry, Willodean Barron, James Terry, Winford Terry, Arlis Terry, Mattie Pearl Terry, Hazel Wiley, Bervin Terry, Grady Terry and Buford Terry.

He is survived by his loving and devoted children, Barbara (Bill) Greene, Elaine (Larry) Kyser and Trisha(Kip) McConnell; grandchildren, Bobbie McGuff, Tara (Jared) Jones, Heather (John) Blackwell, Jason (Ashley) Kyser, Carrie (James)Dean, Tiffany (Phillip) Peterson, Emily (Teddy) Hall, Dale (Jillian) Deas, Jr., Shawn (Mindy) Deas, Hannah McConnell, Amy (Kyle) Edens, Alex McConnell and Jimmy McConnell; great grandchildren, Madison McGuff, Rayce McGuff, Reade McGuff, Molly McGuff, Eden Jones, Elyssa Jones, Elias Jones, Ezra Jones, Ema Jones, Evan Jones, Ethan Blackwell, Jonah Blackwell, Kara Beth Blackwell, Jackson Kyser, Brooklyn Kyser, Joshua Dean, Isabella Dean, Kathryn Dean, Noah Dean, Bradley Peterson and Bennett Peterson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to service time at 11:00 am in the chapel with Rev. John Blackwell officiating.

Interment will be held in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Saraland, Alabama. Pall bearers, Robert Terry, Jason Kyser, Shawn Deas, Dales Deas, Jr., Bill Greene, Larry Kyser and Kip McConnell.
