Aimee was born April 27, 1979 at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Aimee attended Gulf Gate Elementary, Brookside Middle and Riverview High School. In addition to her parents, Aimee was beloved by a large family of aunts, uncles and cousins who gathered for most holidays at her aunt Darleen and uncle Dale’s ranch on Ibis road. As a child, Aimee spent many weekends at the ranch where she perfected her horseback riding skills. She also developed an appreciation of all furry creatures, particularly her beloved dogs. Aimee was raised in a small, close-knit neighborhood off Clark Road.
Aimee had a deep faith and was known for her kindness and care for others. She was blessed with incredible energy and would always lend a hand to struggling family and friends. She served as a counselor and foster mother on many occasions. She was as beautiful as she was kind and good hearted. Aimee was a loving daughter to Fred and Donna, mother to her son Jayden and wife to her husband and best friend, Bill. She and Bill shared a special connection that resulted from mutual respect, love and appreciation for their very special qualities. Their life together was filled with celebrations of both family and friends. Aimee loved her son Jayden and never missed an opportunity to watch him play league sports with AAU and Riverview High. The family often traveled together for AAU games played throughout Florida and the United States.
Aimee was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Mary Tretter and Grace
