He was born on February 5, 1941 to Lewis and Emma Knepp in Montgomery, Indiana. He married Linda Lou and she preceded him in death.
Amos loved woodworking in his shop, playing cards, and spending time with his family and friends. He was a very kind, loving, and generous man to all.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Janice Knepp (Dan), grandchildren; Matthew Hostetler(Jennifer), Bryan Hostetler(Maria), Erika Hostetler, great grandchildren; Owen Hostetler, Hailey Hostetler, Ian Hostetler, and Jason Gilmore. Brother, Wilmer Knepp (Anna Mae) and sister Anna Barb Weaver. Numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Preceding him in death along with his wife are his parents, stepmother; Lydia Knepp, a daughter; Roberta Jo Knepp and brother-in-law Jacob Weaver.
