She was married for 59 years to Robert J. Schumlitz who passed away in 1995.
She also was preceded in death by her two brothers, Frank and Roy Stejskal.
Her parents were Beatrice and Frank Stejskal of Brookfield, IL.
Bea was the beloved mother of Janet (Robert) Cella, Elaine (Robert) Herbold, and Sharon (Rich) Kosiba. She helped raise her two nieces, Jean Willmer (deceased), and Nancy (Dan) McCullum.
Our grandma was 104 years young and adored by her 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
She and her husband helped establish Bellwood Moose Lodge 777 and after years of enjoyment and service, they were awarded the highest degree by the Moose Lodge.
When asked for the secret to her longevity, Bea would reply, “the love and support of my family.”
A private service will be held for the family. Interment will take place at Sarasota Memorial Park.
